Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Malaysia is seeking an entry- to mid-level cost accounting/inventory analyst to prepare and review inventory variance analyses, and to support monthly close activities and ERP upgrade initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy in cost accounting, and help maintain compliance with US GAAP and SOX while leveraging MS Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration; ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification accepted.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities are valued.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools (Power BI), and ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret inventory variances and provide business solutions as needed.
• Perform monthly cost accounting close activities.
• Manage cost accounting helpdesk for inventory operations and support ad-hoc projects.
• Support ERP upgrades and inventory automation programs.
• Participate in audits and SOX processes and reviews.
• Update inventory processes and knowledge portals for consistency with US GAAP and SOX.
