Job summary

Mega Air Travel (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an On-Site Tour Coordinator to manage corporate and incentive travel programmes. You will plan itineraries, coordinate hotels, transport, and other suppliers, and ensure all tour arrangements are documented.

You will support tour leaders and clients during group movements, handle last-minute changes, liaise with overseas partners to deliver seamless programmes, and maintain accurate records and budgets.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate corporate and incentive travel programmes.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, rooming lists, flight information and operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and local partners before and during programmes.
• Support tour leaders and clients during group movements.
• Handle last-minute changes, unexpected situations and operational issues.
• Ensure activities, meals, transfers and events are delivered according to the agreed programme.
