Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in tourism related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience using airline ticketing system (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries using GDS
• Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation services to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and resolve issues as needed
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and procedures
