Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate or leisure ticketing (fresh graduates welcome)
• GDS proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience managing corporate or government-linked accounts is an advantage

In this role, you'll manage air ticketing, itinerary coordination, and travel support for corporate and government-linked clients - ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service from booking to boarding.
