Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with the CEO to shape growth strategy, build a high-performing sales function, and drive revenue growth across key corporate accounts.

You will lead and mentor a team, set KPIs, and develop tailored solutions for clients including CFOs and HR Directors. The role requires travel within Klang Valley and offers a transparent commission structure and related allowances.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence for Klang Valley travel.

Responsibilities

• Shaping sales strategy and driving growth in collaboration with the CEO.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs.
• Build and manage relationships with key corporate clients including CFOs and directors.
• Develop collateral and leverage cross-selling across entities, including DMS and HRD Corp programs.
• Oversee and execute business development through channel partners and databases.
