Job summary

MMT Universal Academy is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to join our corporate training team in Subang Jaya. You will develop training proposals, design content, coordinate programmes, and support delivery for corporate clients, including HRD Corp documentation and eTRiS submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• PowerPoint proficiency; Canva and AI tools are a plus.
• Confident in public speaking, presenting, and engaging with people.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to travel and support programmes outside regular hours.
• Experience with training providers, HRD Corp or eTRiS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training proposals, outlines and client presentations.
• Research, design and develop training content, slides, activities and learning materials.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Coordinate multiple corporate training programmes, trainers, clients and logistics.
• Manage HRD Corp documentation, eTRiS submissions and training administration.
• Support on-site and virtual training programmes, including facilitation and participant engagement.
• Assist with client communication, programme briefings and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume training environment.
• Travel for training programmes and client engagements as required.
