Job summary

Integrated Health Plans Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a detail‑oriented Claims Processor to review, assess and adjudicate medical claims in line with client guidelines. You will input data, investigate findings, follow up on cases and handle inquiries from internal and external parties.

• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed turnaround time.
• Provide admin support to the claim team.
• Generation of payment report.
• Perform any ad-hoc task/assignment as required.

Keying in of claim information into the system

Attend to claims investigation and provide findings/chronological updates
