Job summary

TA Securities Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a result-driven professional to execute, review and assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals. You will coordinate with clients, legal advisers, auditors and regulators, analyse feasibility and prepare submissions to authorities, while building strong English communication and multitasking skills.

A degree in finance, accounting or law with 1–2 years’ relevant experience is required; professional qualifications such as

Job description

Execute, review and assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercise, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, etc.

Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients and other professionals (e.g., legal advisors, auditors, valuers, etc) and relevant authorities for all corporate proposals.

Perform analysis on the feasibility of the corporate proposals.

Prepare, assist and review in the applications/ documents for submission to relevant authorities for corporate proposals.

Attend to queries from relevant regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals.

Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or other related field.

To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Possess at least a Degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field. Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage.

Possess strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.

Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals.

Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.

Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
