Pansar Company Sdn Bhd is hiring a Marketing and Sales professional in Kuching to identify new business opportunities and promote company products across relevant industries.

The role emphasizes client visits, quotations, and relationship management to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Strong content, English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding or corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills; proficient with social media and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer visits.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Promote and sell products and services to customers across industries.
• Conduct sales visits, follow up on leads, quotations and opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents per guidelines.
• Negotiate pricing within authority and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales activities and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements for new opportunities.
• Stay updated on products, services and industry developments to present solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to growth.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer visits.

Manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Promote and sell the Company's products and services to customers across relevant industries.

Conduct regular sales visits and follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents in accordance with Company guidelines.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established authority and guidelines.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and smooth execution of sales orders.

Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, quotations, and sales forecasts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Keep updated on the Company's products, services, and industry developments to effectively present solutions to customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferably 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, corporate communications, or a related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good content creation and copywriting skills.

Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Good event coordination and project management skills.

Creative, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently as well as with different teams and stakeholders.

Willing to travel and work outside normal hours when required for events and corporate activities.
