Job summary

ACTIFY SDN BHD in Penang invites a proactive Corporate Advisory Associate to join our transaction advisory team. In this role you will assist in due diligence, valuations, and corporate restructurings under the guidance of managers, and you will present to directors.

You will gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions life cycle, budgeting, cash flow projections, and CFO services, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, learning, and professional development; travel within Malaysia may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CPA/MIA preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience an advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence reviews of transactions, business valuation and corporate restructuring.
• Plan, write and prepare comprehensive business reports and research papers under guidance of managers.
• Interact and present to directors and senior management.
• Assist in corporate advisory including pre-IPO restructuring, budget and cash flow projection, and CFO services.
• Coordinate professionals and stakeholders involved in corporate finance transactions.
