Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Associate to join our Deal Advisory practice in our Melaka office. Our HQ is based in Singapore.

This professional will have a broad responsibility for execution on a spectrum of business advisory work including supporting M&A and other transaction-related services.

At Agilience Asia, we support our clients with tailored support in navigating the complexities of transactions and drive successful outcome - whether they are buying, divesting, fundraising, or entering into partnerships.

The candidate will possess strong analytical and financial skills and be able to conduct research, analyse financial data, produce marketing materials, develop financial models, and communicate effectively under the supervision of senior members of the team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant field from an accredited university
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently
• Basic understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and business fundamentals
• Initiative - must be a self-starter, able to work independently with drive and motivation
• Proactive with proficiency in both written and spoken English
