Job summary

TA Securities Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a result-driven professional to execute, review and assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals. You will coordinate with clients, legal advisers, auditors and regulators, analyse feasibility and prepare submissions to authorities, while building strong English communication and multitasking skills.

A degree in finance, accounting or law with 1–2 years’ relevant experience is required; professional qualifications such as

Detail-oriented review of documentation and information.
Excellent written English and clear communication with external parties.

Responsibilities

Execute, review and assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals with clients and professionals.
Analyze the feasibility of corporate proposals.
Prepare and review applications/documents for submission to authorities.
Attend to queries from regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals.
Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
