Qualifications

• 3-4 years of working experience in financial due diligence or external audit.
• Degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership and client servicing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis on target businesses.
• Review and analyse information memoranda, business plans, and projections.
• Identify risk and value drivers; support deal execution and reporting.
