Job summary

RHB Investment Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Finance team. You will support a wide range of transactions, including M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and advisory services, assisting with financial analysis, valuation modeling, due diligence, and preparing client presentations and transaction documents.

You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to ensure high-quality work, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years in Investment Banking, legal or auditing.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with passion for the profession.
Strong interest in Malaysia capital markets and development.
Solid knowledge of capital markets rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

To provide support to the team wherever and whenever required to ensure mandates are executed efficiently
To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
To support the team leader and manager to execute mandates in a timely and efficient manner
To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group
To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements
To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within deadline
