Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Custody Operations professional to manage Account and Settlement Instructions data across global systems. You will perform creation, amendment and deletion of SSI data, while ensuring 100% quality checks and adherence to regulatory standards.

The role requires active participation in UAT and process improvement initiatives. You will work in a hybrid setup, supporting multiple sites and collaborating with onshore partners to maintain data integrity

Qualifications

• Role involves core processing of Accounts and Settlement Instructions (SSI).
• Must perform 100% quality checks on Accounts/SSIs (maker & checker).
• Ability to lead UAT and project initiatives; implement new tech.
• Develop understanding of Accounts & SSI Data Ops and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Create/Amend/Delete Standard Settlement Instructions across global systems.
• Maintain data quality and integrity for custody accounts and SSI data.
• Interact with onshore partners and stakeholders to resolve queries and escalations.
• Support process improvements and automation ideas to reduce manual effort.
