Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery with leadership in life insurance.
• Deep understanding of LifeAsia and PAS within life insurance.
• Proven track record leading large-scale PAS programs.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, microservices, AI/automation.
• Strong governance, risk, regulatory compliance, and service management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Strategic thinking and organizational transformation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead global delivery teams across development, integration, testing, and production support for Core PAS platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery and modernization roadmap for Core PAS (LifeAsia).
• Drive digital transformation leveraging cloud, APIs, AI, and automation.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, and vendors to define priorities and outcomes.
• Manage large programs, budgets, and vendor performance to meet commitments.
• Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.
• Oversee lifecycle management, platform stability, and production services.
• Modernize legacy platforms and integrate with digital ecosystems.
• Establish metrics and governance to improve delivery predictability and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams across geographies with collaboration and accountability.
