Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks an experienced Technology Lead with core banking expertise to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking projects in Southeast Asia. The role blends program management with hands-on technical leadership, guiding onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

You will own client relationships, lead delivery across multiple accounts, and push continuous improvement in processes, quality, and team capability to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience, incl. 6–9+ years in technical delivery or program/PM in banking.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with nearshore/offshore teams.
• Deep knowledge of core banking solutions used in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery performance across accounts and projects.
• Serve as primary client delivery contact and relationship owner.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams; mentor and develop people.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate delivery risks across portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery for core banking systems.
• Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
