Job description

RM 1700 - RM 2500

  • Manage and repair copier on and off-site
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
  • Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
  • Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.
  • Conduct trouble shooting on machines and elevate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
Job Requirements
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
  • Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
