Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Coordinator - Insurance Operations to join our Billing Team. You will prepare and issue invoices, capture accruals, review billing data, and support day-to-day billing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Based at Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong, maintain records, meet SLAs, and contribute to KPI achievements while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in reinsurance placement or billing.
• Good understanding of reinsurance placements and billing processes.
• Attention to detail with the ability to process transactions accurately.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, especially month-end.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.

This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service across the region.

We will count on you:

• Prepare and issue invoices, capture accruals, and support day-to-day billing activities.

• Review billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.

• Resolve basic billing discrepancies by working closely with stakeholders and business partners.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and support stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong, depending on business requirements.

• Contribute to the achievement of team KPIs and continuous process improvements.

What you need to have:

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Reinsurance placement / billing

• Good understanding of reinsurance placements and billing processes is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail with the ability to process transactions accurately.

• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, especially during month-end periods.

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
