Job summary

Koperasi Bersatu Gemilang Berhad is seeking motivated Sales Executives in Kuching to promote credit and financing facilities, including ANGKASA salary deduction arrangements. You will identify prospects, assist with applications, and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.

Requirements include minimum SPM and a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome. Own transport is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, personal financing, cooperative financing, banking, credit facilities, or financial services is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Possession of own transport is an advantage for customer visits and external sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Actively promote credit and personal financing products; identify new opportunities; build relationships; conduct presentations; achieve targets.
• Credit & Financing Applications: Assist government employees with financing applications; explain requirements, prepare documents, and coordinate processing.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships; respond to inquiries; ensure accurate information and records; follow up on leads and pipelines.
• Compliance & Professional Conduct: Ensure activities comply with policies and regulations; protect customer data; avoid unauthorised commitments.
