Job summary

Rex Management Services Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak, seeks a Consultant - Personal Financing to actively source and acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking. You will ensure financing applications are complete and compliant with credit processing requirements.

The role requires strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills, with the ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is an added advantage.
• Experience in Property Sales, Insurance / Takaful, Bank / Credit Card Sales, Personal Financing / Loan Sales is an added advantage.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Able to source and develop new customers independently.
• Experienced in cold calling, WhatsApp follow-ups and customer referrals.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic understanding of credit assessment and financing processes.

Responsibilities
