• Liaising with clients and external parties/ stakeholders to facilitate transactions/ documentation as may be the case
• Maintaining accurate and records of transactions, ensuring proper and easily retrievable yet secure filing
• Assisting to ensure that transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
• Assisting in background checks and compilation of relevant information on transactions as may be required
• Providing any other administrative support as may be needed on a case by case basis
