Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conveyancing SPAs and Loan Documentation (Individuals and Corporates), Tenancies, General Conveyancing matters.
• Manage to handle conveyancing file from initial to final stage.
• Able to work independently and meet deadline.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 1-5 years experience in particular handling Conveyancing matters.
• Proactive, hardworking and a team player.
• Literate in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience in dealings with Land Office, LHDN and other conveyancing related authorities.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both written & spoken).
• Good written and spoken English, ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.
• Takes initiative at work and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel.
• Preference to applicant who is able to commence work immediately.
