Job summary

Malaysian Bar is seeking a conveyancing lawyer in Kuala Lumpur to handle matters from commencement to completion, including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and transfers. You will attend signing of agreements and draft/negotiate terms with the opposite party.

Court attendance for non-contested matters may be required. The role requires a valid Practising Certificate, own transport, and the ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues, multitask, and stay hardworking
