Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects within the Controls portfolio from start to finish. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while aligning with customer expectations.

In this role, you will collaborate with customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, maintain quality, and drive profitable execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• PM Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage and demonstrates formal project management training.
• Experience in managing construction, controls, or building systems projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete medium-complexity projects.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Deliver projects that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
