Job summary

Johnson Controls Building Technologies and Solutions Malaysia is seeking a Construction Manager to lead and deliver our controls projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and on-budget outcomes.

You will collaborate with customers, contractors, sales teams and internal departments, track schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project or construction management experience.
• Experience managing construction, controls, or building systems projects.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) an advantage.
• Experience in Controls, BMS, HVAC or Building Automation.

What you will do:

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects within the Controls portfolio from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

The Construction Manager works closely with customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain project quality, and ensure profitable execution.
