Job summary

Executive Compass seeks an experienced Project Controller to manage project financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting across manufacturing initiatives. The role involves preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and analyses for management and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with project leads to ensure objectives are met, manage CAPEX/OPEX plans, and ensure compliance with financial controls. Strong Excel and SAP ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controlling, FP&A, Project Finance, or Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX planning and reporting.
• Ability to prepare project financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Strong understanding of project management and financial governance principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and related controlling modules is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX planning and reporting.
• Ability to prepare project financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Strong understanding of project management and financial governance principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
