Job summary

TS & T CAPITAL SDN BHD is seeking a Contract Administrator in Selangor to oversee contract administration, tendering, and cost control for construction projects. The role involves preparing contracts, estimates and Bills of Quantities, and ensuring cost discipline on site.

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related field or SPM with 1-2 years experience in M&E services.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors.
Prepare project tender, costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities.
Perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements.
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery schedule.
Interpret contract and tender documents.
Attend monthly progress meetings on site.
Handle pre- and post-contract duties and site operations.
Attend to other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive quotations.
Prepare variation order cost and finalize project accounts with the Project Team.
