Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned professional to strengthen integration between Production and Maintenance within Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sectors. The role drives and coordinates active maintenance contracts with contractors, vendors and OEMs.

You will monitor execution of maintenance work processes, identify gaps, and lead improvements to ensure compliance with MFWP requirements and PMMS score targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance, contract management, or maintenance services within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Process Plant industry.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen integration and coordination between Production and Maintenance; drive, coordinate, and manage the COMPANY's active maintenance contracts involving contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
• Implementation of Execute Maintenance Work Process consists of external services requirements such as contractors and OEM which are assisted by maintenance executives.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify gaps in the implementation and performance of the Execute Maintenance Work Process, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance with MFWP requirements and achievement of PMMS score targets.
