Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Contract Service Executive / Maintenance Coordinator in Johor, Malaysia, with extensive experience in maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.

You will strengthen integration between Production and Maintenance, manage active contracts with contractors, vendors and OEMs, and drive continuous improvement to meet process requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance, contract management, or maintenance services within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Process Plant industry.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen integration and coordination between Production and Maintenance.
• Drive, coordinate, and manage the COMPANY's active maintenance contracts involving contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify gaps in the Execute Maintenance Work Process and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance with MFWP requirements and PMMS score targets.
