Job summary

ELSA in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen the integration between Production and Maintenance and to manage active maintenance contracts with contractors, vendors, and OEMs.

The role includes monitoring and improving the Execute Maintenance Work Process to ensure compliance with MFWP requirements and achieving PMMS score targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance, contract management, or maintenance services within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Process Plant industry.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Process Plant sector is essential.
• Role focuses on strengthening integration between Production and Maintenance and managing active maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen integration and coordination between Production and Maintenance.
• Drive, coordinate, and manage COMPANY's active maintenance contracts with contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify gaps in the Execute Maintenance Work Process and drive continuous improvement to ensure MFWP compliance and PMMS targets.

Scope of Works:

• The role is responsible for strengthening integration and coordination between Production and Maintenance. The position will drive, coordinate, and manage the COMPANY's active maintenance contracts involving contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
• Implementation of Execute Maintenance Work Process consists of external services requirements such as contractors and OEM which are assisted by maintenance executives.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify gaps in the implementation and performance of the Execute Maintenance Work Process, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance with MFWP requirements and achievement of PMMS score targets.
