Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Contract Service Executive / Maintenance Coordinator in Johor, Malaysia, with extensive experience in maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.

You will strengthen integration between Production and Maintenance, manage active contracts with contractors, vendors and OEMs, and drive continuous improvement to meet process requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance, contract management, or maintenance services within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Process Plant industry.

Scope of Works:

• The role is responsible for strengthening integration and coordination between Production and Maintenance. The position will drive, coordinate, and manage the COMPANY's active maintenance contracts involving contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
• Implementation of Execute Maintenance Work Process consists of external services requirements such as contractors and OEM which are assisted by maintenance executives.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify gaps in the implementation and performance of the Execute Maintenance Work Process, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance with MFWP requirements and achievement of PMMS score targets.
