Job summary

Genting Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager - Contract Admin and Documentation to oversee a central contract database for the Finance Department and ensure proper documentation control.

The role supports ISO compliance, tracks contract signings and renewals, and drives process improvements while engaging with internal stakeholders to align with business objectives. A strong foundation in contract management and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years working experience.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Background in contract management activities such as tenancy, procurement, vendor contracts, or related admin fields.
• ISO compliance or project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a central database of contracts and documents for Finance Department.
• Maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents.
• Maintain and update the Department Operations Manual (ISO compliance).
• Monitor and track the progress of contract signing and timely renewal of contracts.
• Drive the process management improvements, including leading contract management standardisation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Engage proactively with various internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Adhoc assignments.
