Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the Contracts Department and oversee contractual aspects of construction projects. The role involves managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and ensuring pre- and post-contract activities are properly delivered.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, tenders, and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure commercial and contractual obligations are well administered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building/Construction Industry.
• Experience in supervising contracts department and quantity surveyors.
• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Good coordination, liaison, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.

We are a G7 Main Contractor seeking an experienced and capable Contract Manager to lead our Contracts Department and oversee the contractual aspects of our construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of Quantity Surveyors while ensuring that pre- and post-contract activities are properly managed and delivered. The role will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure projects are commercially well managed and contractual obligations are properly administered.
