Job summary

KOS CONSULT SDN. BHD. invites a seasoned Contract Manager to lead a team of Contract Executives in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

The role focuses on overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of contracts administration experience (4+ years in consultancy), strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid understanding of industry regulations, with exposure to

• 8+ years of experience in contracts administration (minimum 4 years consultant experience)
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in measurement software and other relevant tools will be an added advantage

About the role
As a Contract Manager at KOS CONSULT SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team of Contract Executives. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will see you work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and compliance of all contracts.
