Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and real estate regulations.
• Knowledgeable in feasibility study and cost estimation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate contractual matters for property development projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with contractors and stakeholders to align with policies and goals.
• Manage RFV process and ensure approvals align with project requirements.
• Oversee tender award process, including evaluation, negotiation and finalization.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement and finance to align contracts with budgets and timelines.
• Analyze project costs and collaborate with teams to prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor cost updates, final accounts and cost reconciliation to ensure budget alignment.
• Optimize contract terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Review, evaluate and verify contractual claims from contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Handle contract-related disputes, variations and claims efficiently.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigation measures to minimize exposure.
• Keep abreast of laws and standards to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of all contract-related issues.
