Job summary

You will monitor guarantees, insurance, schedules, and payments, review subcontractor documents, manage risk, and report findings to project teams; strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Experience working under a main contractor.
• Specialization in high-rise buildings and industrial factories is a plus.
• Able to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and independent work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review bidding and contract documents; identify risk points; issue opinions.
• Explain risk clauses in the main contract to the project department.
• Review main contract guarantees and monitor expiry; maintain a ledger.
• Review subcontractor guarantees and ensure redeemability.
• Manage supplier credit information and complete supplier review forms.
• Review project insurance terms and maintain insurance ledger.
