Job summary

Dialog Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator to manage contract administration, prepare progress claims, sub-contract documents, and evaluate bidding proposals for EPCC projects. Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering required; minimum 2 years’ experience in contract administration.

Experience supervising contractors and preparing tender documents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract administration, EPCC contract matters and maintenance services.
• Experience supervising and managing contractors/subcontractors in compliance with contractual requirements and project change order processes.
• Prepare progress claims and sub-contract documents as well as evaluate bidding proposals.
• Handle all project contractual matters for specific projects and prepare tender documents, ITB and contract agreements.

Responsibilities
