Job Scope

• Responsible for administering, managing, and overseeing contractual matters for solar (PV) and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and administer EPC, subcontract, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and contractual deadlines.
• Maintain contract documentation and correspondence records.
• Assist in reviewing tender documents, specifications, and commercial terms.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in contract administration within construction or Solar PV projects, including utility-scale or commercial & industrial projects.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
• Familiarity with EPC contracts, FIDIC Red, Yellow, and Silver Books, and subcontract agreements.
• Experience in handling claims, variations, and project commercial management.
• Understanding of solar project components, including modules, inverters, transformers, SCADA, and related systems.
• Knowledge of performance guarantees, liquidated damages (LD) clauses, bank guarantees, and insurance requirements.
• Proficiency in contract law principles and dispute resolution processes.
