Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC finance, preferably within renewable energy.
• Strong costing, WIP, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in treasury operations, working capital, and project-based finance.
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track actual costs vs. budget across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Job Scope

• Develop and manage detailed project budgets for utility-scale solar installations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Track actual costs vs. budget across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
• Implement cost control measures and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline
• Support bid pricing and financial inputs for new project tenders
• Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage project-level treasury operations, including payments, collections, and fund allocations
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for drawdowns, guarantees, and working capital facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC finance, preferably within the renewable energy sector
• Strong understanding of project costing, work-in-progress (WIP) accounting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling
• Proven experience in managing treasury operations, working capital, and project-based financial requirements
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
