Job summary

Everlife-Chemopharm Group in Malaysia is hiring a Business Coordinator to support Clinical Diagnostics operations, manage project paperwork for all product lines, and work closely with the sales team to ensure SOP-compliant documentation.

You will assist with inventory tasks, marketing collateral, customer satisfaction surveys, and tender document preparation while coordinating instrument deliveries with warehouse, engineers, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1-3 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• This role is a 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide support paperwork for all product lines in Clinical Diagnostics.
• Work closely with sales to ensure SOP-compliant documentation.
• Tele-marketing or cold calling may be required.
• Assist marketing with inventory, expenses, stock codes, marketing collaterals, surveys, safety notices, tender prep.
• Coordinate instrument deliveries with warehouse, engineers, sales and application teams.
• Assist as required by commercial and marketing teams.
