Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive manufacturing excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and digital solutions. You will lead cross-functional projects, analyze data to identify losses, and implement sustainable actions to improve OEE, productivity, and cost efficiency.

You will partner with plant leadership and teams to build capability, develop MOS programs, and enable Industry 4.0 initiatives across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, continuous improvement, BI, or related areas.
• Fluent in local language with strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, SMED, RCA, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze processes and performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytics using Power BI or similar tools.
• Drive OEE improvements, productivity, and cost savings through data-driven actions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from opportunity to sustainment.
• Promote CI culture and deliver training in Lean, problem solving, and RCA.
