Qualifications

For this role as a Maintenance Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field.
• 6-8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles.
• Min of 4 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of teams.
• Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, safety and quality as well.
• Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes.
• Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6Sigma.
