Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a PMO Delivery Manager to lead the integrated delivery of large renovation growth projects and Value Optimization initiatives, ensuring on-time, in-quality execution and market readiness.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance, manage budgets, risks, and gate reviews, and support regional innovation rollouts within an international matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Academic Program: Degree / Master in Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or business management.
• At least 10 years working experience in innovation and/or project management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing.
• Experience in new product/ packaging innovation commercialization.
• Experience in a project management role within an international matrix organization.
• Structured, driven, energetic, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the multidisciplinary team responsible for full project delivery (On Time In Quality).
• Driving the overall content and quality of delivery of the growth projects.
• Managing key stakeholder alignments with the business and partners like R&D and Operations.
• Translating growth opportunities from marketing or commercial into project briefs and plans.
• Project planning, resources management and budget; monitor deviations.
• Identify, manage and mitigate delivery opportunities and risks.
• Drive gate reviews and key decision moments; justify decisions.
