Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is seeking a content moderator to stay current with client policies and ensure compliance across creator channels. You will review reports, analyze non-compliant content, and flag for action in a timely manner.

In this role you will make balanced decisions, resolve inquiries per guidelines, advocate for the user community, and investigate issues including account support requests to help maintain a safe, compliant platform.
