Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is seeking a content moderation specialist to stay current with client policies and review reports on website content. You will analyze creator-channel content for compliance, flag non-compliant material, and help resolve inquiries per defined guidelines.

You will also act as an advocate for the user community and investigate issues reported through account support requests, ensuring fair and timely decisions.

• Understand and remain up-to-date with client’s policies and guidelines
• Review user reports regarding website content
• Analyze and identify content on creator channels that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
• Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures
• Serve as an advocate for the user community
