Job summary

Vision Foam Ind Sdn Bhd, based in Batu Arang, Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Content Creator & Online Sales specialist for a full-time role. You will manage e-commerce platforms and craft engaging digital content to attract customers, while engaging with audiences on Shopee, TikTok, and Facebook.

Ideal candidates are camera-ready, confident on video, and skilled in CapCut/Canva. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong Bahasa Melayu communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to create engaging digital content.
• Experience with short-form video production (TikTok/FB Reels).
• Proficient with CapCut and Canva for editing.
• Knowledge of Shopee/TikTok/Facebook platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook accounts, including listings and stock updates.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and images to promote products.
• Respond to customer inquiries on Shopee chat, TikTok inbox, and Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp.
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.
