Job summary

Vision Foam Ind Sdn Bhd, based in Batu Arang, Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Content Creator & Online Sales specialist for a full-time role. You will manage e-commerce platforms and craft engaging digital content to attract customers, while engaging with audiences on Shopee, TikTok, and Facebook.

Ideal candidates are camera-ready, confident on video, and skilled in CapCut/Canva. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong Bahasa Melayu communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Shopee chat, TikTok inbox, and Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp.
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator & Online Sales to join our Marketing & Communications team at VISION FOAM IND SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Batu Arang, Selangor. In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing our online sales platforms and creating engaging digital content to attract customers.

Key responsibilities

E-Commerce & Social Media Management: Manage the company’s Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, product listings and stock updates.

Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, FB Reels) and image creatively to promote products.

Customer Service: Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries on Shopee chat, TikTok inbox, and Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp promptly and professionally.

Execute any other additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

What we’re looking for

Cheerful personality, highly confident, and comfortable appearing on camera for videos and Live sessions.

Skilled in using smartphone video editing applications such as CapCut or Canva.

Basic knowledge of operating Shopee, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu (Ability to speak other languages is an added advantage).

Fresh graduates with a strong passion for Content Creation are highly welcomed to apply.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content

Proficiency in video production and editing is highly desirable

What we offer

Basic Salary: RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,800.00 per month depends on experience

High Sales Commission: Earn higher commissions with sale made from FB/Shopee/TikTok!
