Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management; fresh grads welcome with portfolios.
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and brand direction.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and execute video content for Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and Lemon8.
• Ensure content is on-brand, consistent, and platform-appropriate in tone and visuals.
• Track content performance (reach, engagement, views, conversions) and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Identify, source, and recruit relevant KOLs / content creators that align with the brand’s image and target audience.
• Manage KOL campaigns from briefing to posting, check content quality, and track results.
• Coordinate KOLs - handle vendor forms, documentation, and payment follow-ups to ensure everything is accurate and on time.
• Support online marketing initiatives for product launches, festive campaigns, and promotions.
• Assist in developing content guidelines and best practices for retail teams.
• Train and guide retail staff on basic content creation (short videos, photos, storytelling) to encourage authentic local content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
