Job summary

Omni Mal Agencies Sdn Bhd, based in Pengkalan Chepa, seeks a creative, hands-on digital content creator to grow our online presence. You will manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and beyond, producing graphics, photos, and videos, and crafting captions aligned with marketing goals.

The role covers e-commerce management, campaigns, and communications, with opportunities to contribute to product launches and festive promotions. A portfolio demonstrating real work is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have real, hands-on and proven experience in creating digital content, supported by actual work samples or portfolio.
• Diploma / Degree in a relevant field, or demonstrated experience in digital content creation.
• Minimum MUET Band 3 or equivalent English proficiency.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Able to independently create and edit video content using Filmora, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or equivalent.
• Creative, responsible and self-disciplined, with the ability to complete work without constant supervision or reminders.
• Must have own transport or reliable means of commuting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Create graphics, marketing materials and basic packaging designs using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Conduct product photography and create/edit videos for social media and marketing use.
• Write captions and develop creative content ideas based on marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, campaigns, customer enquiries, order processing and parcel/sample packing.
• Support digital marketing activities including festive promotions, product launches, email marketing and online advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify ways to improve engagement.
• Support other marketing and design-related tasks when required.
